Not one spec of other color on this guy... I wonder what he would breed like with a true turquois or true blue female? I just don't like to breed bettas because they have so many babies and it's hard to find homes for all of them...if they could all be put in the same tank it wouldn't be a problem but you have to separate all the males even when they are young. If the females are always kept together from birth you can sometimes keep them in a community tank but even then sometimes a female will become very dominant and bully all the other females stopping them from eating. They are just such beautiful fish thought it makes all the problems of keeping them worthwhile and they do sell like crazy even the less than perfect ones.
